Samsung Galaxy Note 3 problem

Hi
I have upgraded from a Samsung S2 which worked beautifully with Caibre to a Note 3 which won't. Calibre detects the Note 3 no problem but then hangs when it tries to get a list of books on the device. Under jobs the status column says Found object: winprofile.ini and the progress column remains hung at Unavailable. I'm using Calibre version 1.20.0, Android 4.3 and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit


Any help would be great as I'm not sure where to go from here.
