I've got my KoboTouch driver configured so books which are resent to the device overwrite the old book, not to create a new book (see attached image). Today, however, I've resent the book to the device and, although it has given me the warning that I could lose Annotations and such, it has been sent as a new file (before ejecting the device, it has complained about duplicated books).
Do I have to do something special for this option to take place? Isn't "Send to device" enough? I think it worked in KoboTouchExtended.
