series name not included

When I transfer books to my device Kobo Clara HD, it seems like sometimes the series is not included or differs from what I've got in Calibre. The only example I have at the moment is three books from a series "The Gentlemen Bastard Sequence"

I've downloaded meta data for each title, the series is there as noted in this search

Any idea what's going on and how I can fix this?
