I've tested with multiple cables, connecting it from usb A on my pc to usb C on my kindle and usb C on my pc to usb C on my kindle and both give me the error. There is no SD card in the kindle.

I've also installed kindle v 2.4.0 on my PC and the 2 plugins but when I connect, the only thing in my My Kindle Content folder is 1 file book_asset.db not sure how to proceed at this point.:help:
