Help! Error communicating with device

Hi,

I'm new, not super tech savvy and today tried to add some books for the first time in a while. I updated Callibre to 7.24, got some books sent up but suddenly I started gettting this error:

I dont' know what the hell I did. I'm on Kobo Forma. All up to date.

Please explain like I'm 5. Or an old lady who doesn't know as much as her husband.
