Calibre Companion and Android Nook App

The WiFi connection connected up without any problems and the ebook was sent to the Nook App on my Nook Color on the SDCard \Calibre_Companion folder but the Nook App looks for ebooks (epub format) in the SDCard in \Nook\MyDocuments.

Where do I set this destination folder? In the Calibre Companion App or in Calibre?

I have a similar issue getting Calibre itself sending ebooks to the right folder.

I checked the forum sticky FAQ but this question was not addressed.
