Calibre doesn't detect device since new update

It's all in the heading, really. Since the latest update (to 5.39.1), Calibre no longer seems to recognise my Libra 2 when I plug it in. It's not an issue between the laptop and the device, because it does show up as an external drive etc. But nothing at all happens in Calibre.

Any fixes?
