Calibre does not recognize my Kobo ONE

Hi Forum,

from one moment to another, Calibre does not recognize my Kobo One.
The parameters and the error message:

Aura One (SW 4.20.14601)
Calibre 4.16 (at 4.15 it was the same) withKobo Utiliies 2.11.0,
on a Win 7/64 computer.


The error message "Fehler beim Kommuniziern mit dem Gerät"
my translation: "error while communication with device"

and the text in the clipboard is:

FEHLER: Fehler: Fehler beim Kommunizieren mit dem Gerät

I tried different USB cables, same error....

Does anybody has an idea where the error came from and whats to do?
