Hi, I have a new computer that is running Windows 10, and I am trying to upload new books to my Kindle PW but I cannot get Calibre to detect the device. I have followed the troubleshooting steps in the guide, reset my Kindle, uninstalled and reinstalled Calibre, etc., to no avail. My computer is able to detect the Kindle PW, but it tells me that the disk is write protected so I am not sure if that is part of the problem. I had no such problems on my previous computer (windows 7) or previous versions of Calibre.
