Hello Evryone,

I've connected my Kobo Glo HD for the first time in a couple of months and when I open Calibre 2.82.0 (64bits), I have the following error :

Quote:

IOError: disk I/O error

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 88, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 511, in _books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\kobo\driver.py", line 1707, in books
File "site-packages\calibre\devices\kobo\driver.py", line 167, in get_database_version
File "c:\cygwin64\home\kovid\sw\build\apsw-3.8.2-r1\src\cursor.c", line 990, in APSWCursor_execute.sqlite3_prepare
File "c:\cygwin64\home\kovid\sw\build\apsw-3.8.2-r1\src\statementcache.c", line 386, in sqlite3_prepare
IOError: IOError: disk I/O error
I've search this forum and found a few mentions of such error (database is corrupted) and possible fix (reset factory settings) but it didn't solve it.

So basically, I can't add any books to my Kobo using Calibre and I don't really know any other way :help:

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
