Calibre is failing to email books to my kindle.com address

I have downloaded a book into calibre and converted it to AZW format, but calibre is failing when I try to email it my "name"@kindle.com address. This has workid in the past but is failing now.

Incidentally, I have just loaded a txt file on to kindle via the gmail address, and it worked fine.

Any help?
