I akm using Kindle Voyager with Calibre latest issue. When I change the cover of a book in the Calibre Library and transfer the change to my Kindle by opening devices and "Match Book to Library", I get the new design displayed in "Device" but not on my Kindle. This one stubbornly shows the old (previous) design of the book cover. Some books, miraculously, show the new design - I must have done somethimg in the past which worked. Question is, what?
