Kobo eReader not showing some books

So, I recently had to do a factory reset on my Kobo ereader. I was able to re-load some of my books from Calibre.
However, when I went to load some more, Calibre would copy the files to my Kobo, but when I disconnected the device none of the new books were viewable on it. And when I reconnect to Calibre, it no longer recognized the new books as being on the device. But the files were on the device.
Also, when I view the Kobo in ADE is shows all of the books I have added including the new ones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
